  <description>&lt;br /&gt;i&apos;ve got a new diet:&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;no snacks&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;eat as little as possible&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;if hungry drink water or eat chewing gum&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;do at least 3 hours of exercise a day&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;loose weight&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;be happy&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;:)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;x&lt;br type=&quot;_moz&quot; /&gt;</description>
